Apprentice Employment Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Employment Advisor. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals and making a positive impact in our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Booking jobseekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, and IT literacy.
- Supporting jobseekers with CV writing and job application processes.
- Outreach work, promoting Reed in Partnership within the local community.

- Able to demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills.

- A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma, in combination with GCSE English Language Grade B or above.
- Any relevant advisory and/or training qualification.
