You'll work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth operations, manage rotas, oversee materials stock, and guide the development of Student and Trainee Dental Nurses.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing expert clinical support to dentists during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring a positive experience for every individual.
- Mentoring and training Dental Nurses, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies to maintain efficient practice operations.
