We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor who is eager to enhance their skills in both pre and post-contract phases, contributing to their APC diary and overall career advancement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a Senior Building Surveyor, engaging in a diverse array of high-end residential projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Additionally, you will provide support on various bank monitoring assignments alongside a Partner.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in Building Surveying within a consultancy environment
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in residential or monitoring projects is advantageous
