The de Ferrers Trust is a mixed multi-academy trust based in East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire, seeking an experienced Estates Officer to join our supportive Trust Estates Team.

You will work under the guidance and direction of the Trust Estates Project Manager, supporting the delivery of effective capital projects, estates compliance, and Health and Safety support across the schools within the Trust.

Key responsibilities include assisting with capital projects planning, drafting detailed scoping and specification documents, and overseeing and monitoring the Trust premises compliance system.

As an Estates Officer, you will have a technical knowledge of statutory Health and Safety Regulations, experience of assisting the management of property maintenance, working with compliance systems, and preparing Health & Safety audits and risk assessments.

Experience working in the education sector is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
