Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Insure Recruitment. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of prestigious clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Clients: Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner, providing technical expertise where required.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow client portfolio and develop solutions to ensure client retention.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Renewals and Adjustments: Handle renewals and mid-term adjustments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Commercial Insurance, preferably with a Chartered independent Insurance broker.
  • CII Qualification: Achieved CII qualification or studying towards it.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent relationship-building and retention skills.
  • Client Management: Previous experience of handling and managing a portfolio of clients across various industry sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Good quality correspondence and strong network-building skills.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT systems and software.
