Relief Night Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Night Manager to join our team at Perle Hotels. As a key member of our Rooms Division team, you will be responsible for managing the night reception teams for our three hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Night Reception Teams: Ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with Rooms Division Manager: Achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Operational Strategies: Improve efficiency and reduce costs.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours a week, Monday through Sunday, 5 nights a week. As a Relief Night Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results and drive business success.
