As an Interim Finance Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Financial reporting and oversight of transactional processing teams.
- Leading a team of two finance professionals.
- Preparation and evaluation of monthly financial statements.
- Management of month-end closing activities.
- Assistance with half-year and annual audits, including the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Support for finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new systems.
- Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and preparation of quarterly VAT submissions.
Candidate Profile
Ideal Qualifications:
- A recognized accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA/CIMA/CA).
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience in a large, complex, international environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience in managing a small team.
