At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team in Melton Mowbray. As a key member of our residential sales team, you'll play a crucial role in helping people find their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations to showcase properties to potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to secure sales
- Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
