Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide tailored support to meet each client's unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn. You don't need prior social care experience, but you must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for others and a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge.
