Exciting Opportunity in Financial Services: Audit and Accounts Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at TPF Recruitment as an Audit and Accounts Senior Associate. This role offers a unique blend of accounting and auditing responsibilities, providing a challenging and rewarding experience for the right candidate.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and supervising junior team members. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
  • Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in a public practice setting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
