Key Responsibilities- Effective Cash Flow Management: Proactively manage and monitor our company's cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash collection.
- Debt Recovery and Collection: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure timely payments, and take ownership of resolving disputes and issues related to overdue debt.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement in our company's cash flow and debt recovery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on customer accounts and debt recovery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize our company's cash flow and debt recovery processes.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis and debt recovery.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficient in financial software and systems, including Excel and other relevant tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
