Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is to supervise and manage transactional activities, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards while maintaining precise documentation for financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Transaction Services and Documentation functions are performed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, assisting the bank in managing legal and reputational risks linked to these functions.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties, including legal advisors, credit risk management, and various departments, to guarantee that transactions are carried out efficiently and promptly.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee legal documents such as loan agreements, security instruments, and other transactional paperwork to ensure timely execution.
  • Provide transaction support, including the preparation of transaction summaries, conducting due diligence, and offering assistance to other departments as required.
  • Develop and implement transaction processes and protocols to ensure consistent execution of transactions.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and provide legal guidance on applicable laws, rules, and regulations (LRRs). Stay informed about changes to LRRs in the relevant area of coverage, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into relevant policies, standards, and controls.
