- Verifying orders before starting work and documenting any faults.

- Picking and strapping pallets as required.
- Checking the minus sheet for orders and verifying numbers are correct.
- Preparing electronic or manual load plans depending on the retailer.
- Verifying pallets and labels are correct.
- Ensuring the order is complete and accurate by comparing the load plan against the order.
- Securing the load with bar or straps.
- Returning keys to the driver and documenting time on the log.
- Checking temperature and hygiene of the lorry as per SOP.
- Ensuring the despatch area is safe and clean.
- Meeting daily targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
