At Tripod Partners, we are seeking two experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team in South Yorkshire. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.

Job Summary:
  • One post will involve working in a 34-bed rehab facility, providing therapy services to patients who have been transferred from hospital but are not yet ready to return home.
  • The other post will focus on community case work, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 20-25 clients, providing follow-up interventions and supporting their rehabilitation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering rehabilitation services to clients in a variety of settings, including the rehab facility and community.
  • Assessing client needs and developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
