Job Summary:
Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a fast-growing client in the education sector to find a skilled HR Advisor. This is a newly created role that will support the day-to-day operations of the HR function and work closely with the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, investigations, and performance management.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct HR inductions for new starters.
- Lead on project work, such as TUPE transfers.
- Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best HR practices.
