We are seeking a highly experienced Finance lawyer to join our team as a Senior Specialist Legal Editor in the Practical Law Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content related to Finance law and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a wide range of content, including practice notes, current awareness, and standard documents, to support the needs of our customers.
  • Commission, review, and edit content written by internal and external contributors to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Maintain all content for which you are responsible to ensure it remains up-to-date and relevant.
  • Develop relationships with third-party experts to obtain contributions and insights that enhance our content.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Substantial post-qualification experience as a Finance lawyer, particularly in Project Finance.
  • A strong interest in writing and excellent attention to detail.
  • In-house experience in a financial institution or a similar environment.
  • Recent experience of ESG transactions is an advantage.
