Electrical Maintenance Technician

At Home Group, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you'll carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical installation, repairs, and testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Use your multi-skilling expertise to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
  • Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing, and inspection within housing.
  • Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
