Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hexegic. This role involves working on security-focused systems and leading the migration from our current architecture to a Red Hat OpenShift Platform setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Lead and execute the Red Hat OpenShift Platform workload migration project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in project workshops and contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Ensure system security is maintained and continuously improved, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Linux engineering and system administration, with experience working with Rocky, CentOS, and Red Hat Linux distributions.
  • Proven experience with the Red Hat OpenShift Platform, including migration and deployment of workloads.
  • Proficiency with automation and configuration management tools such as Packer, Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
  • Experience with VMWare vSphere and strong background in Linux networking.
