About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Nurseplus. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for a variety of duties within the business, including client and candidate facing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for our clients' needs
- Building lasting relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and client visits
- Striving to achieve revenue targets while adhering to quality assurance standards
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role
- A friendly and warming personality with excellent communication skills
- Business development experience and a proven track record in a client-facing role
- Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
