We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in managing financial transactions and has a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and payment.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any payment issues.
- Prepare electronic transfers, checks, and payment runs.
- Record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- At least 2 years of accounts payable or similar finance experience.
- Relevant qualification in finance or accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills for vendor and internal interactions.
