Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-rate advice to clients, conducting thorough research, analysis, and preparing well-written reports to communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the leisure sector, understanding their specific needs and business objectives to provide tailored advice and exceptional service.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients, establishing new relationships, and promoting the services offered.

Requirements:

  • Hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer.
  • Have strong general practice experience, with exposure to Landlord and Tenant, rating, and valuation.
