About the Role

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a busy caseload of transactions, including liaising with clients to obtain instructions.
  • Draft acquisition documentation, negotiate with counterparties, and conduct title reviews.
  • Assist with file opening procedures, including preparing retainer letters and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations.
  • Work with data rooms and online trackers.
  • Manage completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing, and client signing/reporting requirements.

About You

We seek an enthusiastic, experienced Real Estate-focused Paralegal with a keen eye for detail and the ability to use initiative. You will have a strong academic background and a degree in law or equivalent qualification, or be working towards CILEX or have previous time-served Paralegal experience in a Real Estate background.
