About the Role

The Planning Coordinator is responsible for effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. This role involves close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, to ensure outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installation capacity and scheduling to meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support Team Leads in finding improved ways of working to optimize service operations.
  • Manage and coach other Planning Coordinators in the use of AIRA systems.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is effectively resourced.
  • Book materials, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery of materials.
  • Monitor team performance and use knowledge and experience to optimize service operations.
  • Implement optimizations and improvements based on forecasts from the central function.
