Job Summary

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the modernisation of our existing platform, embracing a 'Cloud First' strategy.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for modernising the existing platform, adopting a 'Cloud First' approach.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address technological needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilise your expertise in architecture and integration patterns to design robust, scalable solutions.
  • Lead the adoption of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures, ensuring the organisation stays at the forefront of technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for modernisation, aligning with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand and address current and future needs.
  • Engage with the latest in cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures, leveraging your expertise to drive transformation.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in the insurance sector, particularly within the Lloyd's market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture and integration patterns.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
