Job Title: Group Leader, Risk Management

This role is responsible for overseeing the replenishment process to maintain optimal inventory levels. You will lead a team of stock movement controllers to ensure that shift KPIs are met in full and on time. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of stock movement controllers to ensure shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records on production, food safety data, and analysing this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitoring and tracking product expiry dates to minimise waste through effective rotation and utilisation of inventory.
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including inventory manager and production, to provide updates on inventory status, supply chain issues, and potential risks.
  • Coordinating the replenishment service and support functions to ensure operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in replenishment planning or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location: Derby, DE21 7HW. Work Schedule: 42 hours a week, 4 on 3 off Wednesday - Saturday.
