We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Building Surveyor to join our team in Cornwall. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a variety of prestigious projects in the Education, Health, Higher Education, Blue Light, and Commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record as a Building Surveyor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a relevant degree. Ideally, they will be professionally qualified (MRICS or equivalent) or working towards this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of interesting projects, including those in the Education, Health, and Commercial sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Cornwall office
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
