**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence, expanding client outreach, and supporting business growth initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with colleagues across the company to create engaging content for professional social media posts to promote company services and thought leadership in the market access and HEOR sectors.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing and sales activities to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct strategic outreach to potential clients to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information and effective communication tracking.
- Develop and maintain business development collateral such as presentations, case studies, and proposals to support sales efforts.
- Support the management of the website to ensure content is aligned with business development and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Support the planning and coordination of conferences and other industry events, including logistics, marketing materials, and attendee outreach.
- Attend conferences and industry events to network with potential clients and gather market insights.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and market shifts.
**Requirements**
- You may be a recent graduate or seeking a new challenge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage effectively with clients.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Agile and flexible.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and industry events.
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a similar field).
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consulting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Flair for creative digital marketing.
- Relevant work experience, internships and knowledge of marketing tools.
