The Client Overview
The Stephen James Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their remote team on a 12 months fixed term contract basis.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing and client reporting requirements
- Assisting with file opening procedures, including preparing the first draft of retainer letters and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
- Managing a busy caseload of transactions and liaising with clients to obtain instructions
- Providing corporate and real estate finance support and handling enquiries processes and collation of conveyancing searches
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 12 months of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
