Job Title: Aerospace & Defence Configuration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to key business products using your previous product configuration experience.
  • Work within a close and motivated team to develop your configuration skills and work towards professional accreditation.
  • Ensure the governance and control of project activities through the preparation and handling of Configuration Management documentation.
  • Support audits on suppliers to ensure Configuration Management processes are observed throughout the supply chain.
  • Collaborate closely with peers and stakeholders to deliver projects and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with and controlling product data.
  • Ability to influence senior project management.
  • Excellent team working and building skills.
  • High concern for order and quality.
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to plan and deliver own workload and teams.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Familiarity with the principles of Configuration Management within an aerospace or defence setting.
