Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, including those with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client who has been with us since 2015 and has a great team of carers. The client has increased care needs, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Healthcare Assistant to work two shifts per week, every Tuesday and Wednesday in East London.

Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and assisting with feeding
  • Personal care
  • Encouraging client with stretching and assisting with splint
  • Catheter management
  • Bowel management
  • Pressure sore management
  • Helping the client live a full and happy life
Requirements:
  • 6 months of previous care experience is preferable
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
