We are seeking to expand our committed and skilled team of support assistants at our facility in Ruspidge, part of Priory Adult Care.

Do you aspire to assist individuals in reaching their personal goals and aspirations?As a support assistant, your role will involve aiding our residents in their daily activities, promoting their independence. You may also engage in exciting outings and events – our residents enjoy day trips, charity functions, and more.
Our ideal support assistant will:
Be dependable, compassionate, and supportive to help our residents meet their daily objectives (including personal care) Be capable of facilitating in-house activities and interests Be observant and motivate our residents to achieve greater outcomes Be resilient and assist in managing challenging behaviorsWhile having a driving license allows for outings with residents, it is not a requirement for employment – we welcome many non-drivers as well.
