We are seeking to expand our committed and skilled team of support assistants at our facility in Ruspidge, part of Priory Adult Care.

As a support assistant, your role will involve aiding our residents in their daily activities, promoting their independence. You may also engage in exciting outings and events – our residents enjoy day trips, charity functions, and more.

Our ideal support assistant will:

Be dependable, compassionate, and supportive to help our residents meet their daily objectives (including personal care) Be capable of facilitating in-house activities and interests Be observant and motivate our residents to achieve greater outcomes Be resilient and assist in managing challenging behaviors

While having a driving license allows for outings with residents, it is not a requirement for employment – we welcome many non-drivers as well.
