About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering cutting-edge medical devices. As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into engineering specifications that meet regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring full compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring alignment across all teams.
  • Support the sites digitalization efforts, increasing automation and streamlining engineering activities.

Your Expertise:

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in creating and maintaining validation documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting, with experience applying structured methodologies such as SPS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering new products from concept through to market launch, ensuring all technical and regulatory milestones are achieved.
