  • Manage and prioritize the team's projects and tasks, clarifying incoming requests and priorities, and communicating changing priorities, adjusting schedules, and removing blockers.
  • Run the team's Kanban and backlog using JIRA and ensure up-to-date documentation is available via Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and software delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a software delivery or management-focused role.
  • Background in Data Analytics.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management approaches.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ideal experience with B2B SaaS products.
