About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Yard Assistant to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a Yard Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and yard areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Pick and check orders to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Store stock safely and securely in the warehouse and yard areas
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
  • Building industry knowledge and experience
