About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes, including bedrooms, communal areas, and facilities.
  • Manage the cleaning rota and coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
