Role Overview: As a key member of our Water Recycling Optimization Team, you will engage in regional travel to various operational sites. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency of our biological treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and promote optimization opportunities at Water Recycling Centres and associated facilities.
- Utilize your expertise to conduct site audits and develop business cases for process improvements.
- Support the delivery of capital investment projects, ensuring efficient commissioning and handover of new solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for operational teams, guiding them in enhancing asset performance and treatment processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in water recycling biological and operational processes, with relevant professional qualifications.
- Familiarity with lean management principles or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to swiftly identify challenges and devise practical solutions in dynamic settings.
- Understanding of business risk and operational tactics.
- Experience in integrating capital projects into operational frameworks.
- Health and Safety management qualifications, ideally at IOSH level.
- Valid UK driving license.
