Job Title: Field Forklift Service Engineer

CV Library is seeking a skilled Field Forklift Service Engineer to join our team in Leicester. As a Field Forklift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining fork lift trucks and other site MHE, as well as carrying out after-service repair work and routine maintenance with customers to achieve service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain fork lift trucks and other site MHE
  • Carry out after-service repair work
  • Carry out routine maintenance with customers to achieve service levels
  • Plan and organize work effectively
Requirements:
  • Strong background in the plant industry
  • NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent
  • Experience of diagnostic tools and computer software, including engine diagnostics
  • Valid full UK driving licence

As a Field Forklift Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading brand in the supply and maintenance of fork lift truck machinery across the UK and abroad. You will be part of a team that offers a service and maintenance package to multiple clients with respect to various fork lift trucks and other material handling equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the plant industry, with experience of diagnostic tools and computer software, including engine diagnostics. You will be able to plan and organize work effectively, and have a valid full UK driving licence.
