Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team at the New Cheshire & Merseyside Surgical Care Centre at Victoria Infirmary Northwich. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a workload, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
- Promote the individual needs of patients, acknowledging preferences, rights, and choices, respecting privacy and dignity, and promoting anti-discriminatory practice.
- Establish and maintain effective communication, maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Participate in the effective management of risk, by accurate recording and reporting and correct maintenance of records and documentation.
- Contribute to the content of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to own clinical area/practice.
- Ensure compliance with Trust policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines for self and others.
- Contribute to the development of services from the patients' perspective, making suggestions for change and improvements.
- Provide expert clinical knowledge and leadership on improvements in own specialist area on behalf of the team.
- Contribute to the leadership of the nursing team, prioritizing patient care, allocating, supervising, and evaluating the work of the team.
- Maintain effective and efficient use of physical and financial resources.
