Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAMHS Practitioner to join our team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will work directly with young people and families to provide therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to young people and families
  • Work collaboratively with the CAMHS team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and DBT
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and other professionals
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the CAMHS service
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in a relevant field such as nursing, psychology, or social work
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health difficulties
  • Strong therapeutic skills and knowledge of evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
