About the Role: As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our quantity surveying team across various project sectors, including leisure, healthcare, retail, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in measuring, tendering, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
  • Manage changes and variations to ensure accurate final accounts
  • Collaborate with Senior Quantity Surveyors to deliver projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and tenders

Requirements:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or Construction-related degree (minimum 2.1)
  • UK Quantity Surveying experience or a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Excel and other relevant software
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
