Architectural Assistant

Cube, a multidisciplinary company, is seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team in Islington. The ideal candidate will have recent university experience or be a recently qualified architect looking to make an immediate start.

The role will involve working on a variety of retail and commercial projects, where you will be expected to contribute to all stages of the project and gain client-facing and site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural and fit-out designs, including technical details.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications.
  • Visit sites to undertake surveys and assess site progress.
  • Resolve queries from consultants and contractors.
  • Assist the Director and Account Lead.

Requirements:

  • A RIBA Part I and Part II qualification and a minimum of two years' office experience.
  • Accurate and confident communication skills.
  • Full working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent technical and construction detailing, with proven experience of the building regulations.
  • Ability to manage workload in a timely manner, with thorough attention to detail.
