Head of Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to lead our product vision and strategy for our payment solutions portfolio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and market opportunities.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and market research as agreed with the Financial Services Director.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, Project Management and Development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features.
- Advocate for the customer by gathering and analysing feedback, conducting user research, and ensuring that product solutions address customer pain points and deliver exceptional value.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
- Extensive proven experience in a similar role ideally within the fintech industry.
- Proven success in launching and scaling fintech products, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and business objectives into actionable product strategies.
- Familiarity with fintech technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
