About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team at McCabe & Barton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business efficiencies through the adoption of the latest Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve business efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain high-performing Agile, Testing, and Release Management Teams.
  • Utilize Automation and GenAI offerings to drive business efficiencies and improve production stability.
  • Create engaging analysis reports and recommendations for technologies and methodologies used in Agile, Testing, and Release Management.
  • Provide positive direction and inspire others in high-stress situations.
  • Influence cross-functional departmental leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through collaboration and leadership.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of leading and maintaining high-performing Agile, Testing, and Release Management Teams.
  • Experience with Automation and GenAI offerings and their application in driving business efficiencies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Ability to create engaging analysis reports and recommendations.
  • Resilience and ability to provide positive direction in high-stress situations.
