About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Provide frontline administrative support to clients, including timely responses to queries, provision of screening updates, and re-opening screenings.
  • Contract Management: Effectively manage basic contractual changes, including addition of services, EUA, and price increases.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage and investigate minor complaints, working with key stakeholders to ensure satisfactory resolution. Escalate more serious complaints to the Client Services Manager.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support with VeroLive portal, emphasizing the importance of self-service to minimize incoming enquiries.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely and constructive feedback to internal stakeholders on key successes, process changes, and potential risks and possible solutions.
  • Portfolio Review: Utilize knowledge of the portfolio to undertake an annual review, identifying clients for conversion to standard services.
  • Service Setup: Support seamless service set-up in collaboration with Implementations, Operations, Tech, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Tracker Management: Review and update internal trackers used with Operations and other Departments (RAG & Spotlight, Complaints, Projects) on a regular basis.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM tool is kept up to date for each client, including comms strategy, contractual obligations, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in an account/relationship management role of a similar nature.
  • Proven experience of analyzing and initiating actions based on financial insights and understanding.
  • A passion for service delivery and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
