Opportunité Passionnante : Recruteur Dynamique Recherché

Si vous êtes passionné par le recrutement interne, nous recherchons un Recruteur qualifié pour rejoindre notre équipe RH sur une base de contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion du processus de recrutement de A à Z pour divers postes, en collaborant avec les responsables de recrutement et en prenant en charge tous les aspects du recrutement, des briefings initiaux à l'intégration des candidats.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Briefing initial du poste : Rencontrer les responsables de recrutement pour comprendre les exigences du poste.
  • Sourcing et sélection des candidats : Identifier et présélectionner des candidats appropriés.
  • Coordination des entretiens : Planifier les entretiens entre les candidats et les responsables.
  • Gestion des offres : Gérer le processus d'offre pour les candidats sélectionnés.
  • Conformité : Assurer le respect des politiques et réglementations de l'entreprise.
  • Gestion de l'ATS : Enregistrer avec précision les détails des postes vacants et des candidats.
Qualifications

En tant que candidat retenu, vous devez avoir une compréhension approfondie du cycle de recrutement, y compris les briefs de poste, le sourcing, les entretiens, la gestion des offres et l'intégration. Vous devez être à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et avoir de l'expérience dans des secteurs tels que la production d'énergie, les infrastructures de transport, l'ingénierie, les services publics ou la construction.
