Job Title: Etrading Java FX Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Etrading Java FX Developer to join our team in London. As a key member of our front office trading team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining low latency pricing and connectivity systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance Java FX applications for front office trading
  • Collaborate with trading, front office, and research teams to identify and implement system improvements
  • Work closely with traders to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest low latency technology and architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong Java development skills, including experience with multi-threaded applications
  • Experience of high-performance/low latency development in front office trading
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Computer science or equivalent degree
  • Experience with FX trading systems
