Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service
• Lead a team of culinary professionals to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
