Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Design Engineer Lead to join our team in Guaynabo, PR. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions, conducting quality control checks, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions
  • Conduct quality control checks and reviews of designs, calculations, and specifications
  • Stay current with state-of-the-art methods and developments in transportation design
  • Recommend changes or improvements to plans and programs
  • May function as project manager for routine to semi-complex projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a Master's or graduate-level technical coursework preferred
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with proven experience in technical presentations, papers, and committees
  • P.E. license as a registered engineer in Puerto Rico, required
