Job Description

As a Doorman at the Bulgari Hotel London, you will serve as the first point of contact, offering a warm and gracious welcome to our esteemed guests. Your role will involve ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, providing exceptional service while embodying the sophistication and charm synonymous with the Bulgari brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests with elegance and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
  • Open doors and assist with luggage, packages, or any special requests.
  • Coordinate with the concierge and reception team to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure the entrance and surrounding areas are immaculate and well-presented at all times.
  • Assist with car arrangements, valet parking services, and transportation needs.
  • Offer assistance and directions to guests, providing knowledgeable insights on the local area.
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality for high-profile guests.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this role, as assisting with valet services is required.
