Senior Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst Compliance to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our Global Privacy Oversight organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection principles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide credible challenge and consultation to Amex businesses, ensuring adequate controls and mitigating privacy risks.
- Provide privacy subject matter expertise and identify privacy obligations with an internal and external perspective.
- Identify, develop, and manage privacy-related documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Support the ongoing development of American Express' global privacy program.
- Ensure adherence to the enterprise privacy risk appetite and Amex Data Protection and Privacy Principles globally.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in privacy, compliance, and/or risk management and oversight.
- Understanding of privacy legal and regulatory requirements focused on the United States, EU, UK, and Canada.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
